Returns & Exchanges

At HORNE, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't perfect, you can return most items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that some custom, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our client services team or use our online portal within 15 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Item

    Carefully repackage the item in its original factory packaging with all protective materials, manuals, and accessories included to ensure it arrives safely.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured shipping method to the exterior of the box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
